What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible: 100 pieces for stock items, and 5,000-12,000 pieces for standard production. For customized products, the MOQ is negotiable based on design complexity.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, standard samples are available for free (shipping cost excluded). Customized samples take 7-15 working days and may require a small mold fee which is refundable upon bulk orders.
How do you guarantee product quality?
We implement a 3-step strict QC system: pre-production sample validation, in-production real-time supervision with photos/videos, and 100% final inspection before shipment.
What logistics and payment terms do you offer?
We accept T/T (50% deposit) and PayPal. For shipping, we offer express (DHL/FedEx), sea freight, and air freight with full customs clearance support.
