Generally, we use 7-layer strong corrugated cartons to protect the tubes from damage. Specific shipping marks can be added upon request before ordering.
What are your payment terms?
T/T 50% as a deposit, and 50% before delivery. We provide photos of the finished products and packaging before the final balance is paid.
How long is the delivery time?
Typically, it takes 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, we provide free samples. Customers only need to cover the shipping cost to their location.
What is your quality control process?
We have a dedicated QC department overseeing raw material quality, printing accuracy, and conducting hourly leakage tests during the production process.
