All product molds are made in-house. We currently have about 900 sets of molds, including components, plugs, and injection modes for tubes, with 310 final products currently in sale.
Equipped with 35 sets of injection molding machines and manipulators operating 24/7. We utilize material shredders for instant recycling of corner materials to ensure sustainable production.
Divided into ultrasonic assembly, hot stamping, welding, and inspection lines. Every product is strictly inspected before being packed and labeled with detailed information.
Organized into incoming material inspection, raw materials, injection parts, and finished products areas. All stock is managed via computer systems for efficient query and logistics.
